Construction Permit for a new Low Power Television
Station in Duluth, Minnesota, to be operated on channel
40with a power of 9 kwatts, is available on a first
come-first served basis.
The price of this opportunity is $ payable as
follows: 20% of the purchase price ($ ) to be paid
as a non-refundable deposit upon the signing of a
purchase agreement and the balance of $ to be paid
at closing. The closing will be held after the Federal
Communications Commission approves the assignment
of the Construction Permit to the buyer. The closing
will take place within 10 calendar days following
FCC approval.
