offering is a licensed and operating Low Power Television
Station in Lawton, Oklahoma operating on channel 25
with a power of 250 watts with CP for 27 kW, and is
available on a first come-first served basis.
The price of this opportunity is $150,000 payable
as follows: 20% of the purchase price ($30,000) to
be paid as a non-refundable deposit upon the signing
of a purchase agreement and the balance of $120,000
to be paid at closing. The closing will take place
within 10 calendar days following FCC approval.

The
Lawton-Fort Sill MSA has a population of more than
111,000, making Lawton the third largest city in the
state. Lawton serves as the most significant shopping,
medical, recreational, educational and religious center
for Southwest Oklahoma. It is the retail and distribution
center for the area's cattle, dairy and agricultural

Lawton was founded on August 6, 1901, when the Kiowa-Comanche

to the southeast of the city.
